When using the WLP app, you share not only personal data with us, but also particularly sensitive data, namely information about your personal health.
Regardless of the type of registration (email, Google ID or Apple ID), you will need to choose and confirm a six-digit PIN.
The app will lock after 30 minutes of inactivity. To unlock it, you must enter your PIN.
We are currently working on supporting biometric unlocking. If you have activated this feature on your smartphone, you only need to set up your PIN once and can then continuously unlock the app with your fingerprint or face.
