Apple Health: A Help Guide

Are your activities not being tracked or synced correctly? Follow these steps to check for the cause and restore syncing.


Important: After each step, please wait 30 minutes and check to see if the data is flowing again.


Solution 1: Check Permissions

1. Open Apple Health

2. Tap your profile (circle with initials) in the top-right corner

3. Search for WLP

4. Enable ALL categories

5. Wait 30 minutes


Solution 2: Reconnect the Tracker

1. Disconnect:

- Open the WLP menu

- Select “Tracker Connection”

- Find Apple Health

- Click “Disconnect”


2. Reconnect:

- Stay on the overview page

- Select Apple Health

- Follow the instructions

- Enable ALL permissions


Solution 3: Optimize data sources

1. In Apple Health:

- Go to the Workout Overview

- Scroll to “Data Sources & Access”

- Prioritize your main source (e.g., Apple Watch)

- Move it to the very top


Solution 4: Complete Restart

1. Remove the app:

- Uninstall WLP

- Turn off your smartphone

- Restart it


2. Reinstall:

- Download WLP again

- Install the app

- Set everything up again


Don’t worry—your data will be preserved during the reinstallation!


Tips for Best Results

1. Be patient:

- Wait 30 minutes after each change

- Check the synchronization


2. Proceed systematically:

- Test one solution after another

- Document what you’ve already tried


3. Keep apps up to date:

- Keep all relevant apps up to date

- Check for updates regularly
